How it works
- Tell Santa about your child. A 3-minute form: their name, their pet, their best friend, what they're proud of.
- A new message every morning. From 1 December, the next chapter of the story is waiting by breakfast, read aloud by Father Christmas, all the way to Christmas morning.
- They talk back. Your child records a reply on your phone, you press send, and Santa answers it the next day. Together they'll name a baby reindeer, find a lost elf and help the Christmas Star shine.
Parents' secret weapon: send Santa a tip any evening ("she was brave at the dentist today") and he'll mention it in the morning.
Every word goes through you
- Messages come to your phone. Listen first, then play them together.
- Nothing reaches Santa until you press "Send to Santa".
- First names only. No addresses, no photos.
- Every message is checked for safety before it's sent. Santa never promises specific presents, so there are no awkward Christmas mornings.
- All your child's details and recordings are deleted by 31 January.
- Santa's voice and messages are created with AI and written just for your child.

What if we miss a day?
Every message stays in your Santa Mailbag, so you can catch up any time.
Can we join late?
Yes, until 15 December. Santa sends a catch-up message first.
What ages is it for?
Ages 3 to 11. Everyone follows the same story, but the words and pictures are made for three age groups: 3 to 5, 6 to 8, and 9 to 11. Just tell us your child's age.
Can we cancel?
Yes: you get a full refund any time before 1 December.
Does my child need a phone or an app?
No. Everything happens on your phone, in your web browser.
