- What you get: one personal voice message from Father Christmas each morning from 1 to 25 December, for each child on your order. Messages are ready by 6am UK time. Families who join after 1 December start from the day after they join.
- How messages are made: Santa's voice and messages are created with AI, using what you tell us, and checked for safety. We'll never promise your child a specific present.
- Replies: you supervise and send every reply. Replies sent before 8pm UK time are usually answered the next morning. We may not respond to a reply if it isn't suitable.
- Cancelling: you can cancel for a full refund at any time before 1 December. Because messages are digital content made personally for your child, once messages have started you agree that the 14-day cancellation period ends.
- If something goes wrong: if we miss a day, Santa sends two messages the next day. If we miss 3 or more days, you can have a full refund.
- Your link: your Santa Mailbag link is private. Please don't share it.
